Digital Products
Because our products are delivered digitally, all sales of digital products are generally final.
Once access has been granted to downloadable materials, software, manuals, videos, or Academy content, refunds are not normally provided.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a purchased product, please contact us so we can work to resolve the problem.
Subscription Services
Subscription services may be canceled at any time.
When you cancel a subscription:
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
No future subscription charges will be made after cancellation.
Access to subscription-only content will end when your current billing period expires.
Annual Academy Membership
Annual Academy memberships may be canceled at any time.
Cancellation prevents automatic renewal at the end of your current membership term.
Unless required by law, partial refunds are not provided for unused portions of an active annual membership.
Exceptional Circumstances
If a duplicate charge, billing error, or other unusual circumstance occurs, please contact us.
We will review each situation individually and work toward a fair resolution.
Payment Processing
Payments are securely processed through Gum Road.
Refunds approved by L&M Trading Solutions™ will be processed through Gum Road using the original payment method whenever possible.
