End User License Agreement (EULA)

Welcome to L&M Trading Solutions™. This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of our trading engines, scanners, software, indicators, Academy materials, manuals, videos, digital downloads, and related content ("Products").

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any L&M Trading Solutions™ Product, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

L&M Trading Solutions™ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased Products for your own personal or internal business use.

This license does not transfer ownership of the Products.

2. Ownership

All Products remain the exclusive intellectual property of L&M Trading Solutions™.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Trading engines
Scanners
Indicators
Academy materials
Manuals
Videos
Graphics
Documentation
Software code
Logos
Educational content

All rights not expressly granted remain reserved.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

Copy or redistribute the Products.
Share your account or license.
Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer the Products.
Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code where prohibited by law.
Remove copyright or trademark notices.
Upload or distribute Products on websites, forums, social media, or file-sharing services.

4. Educational Purpose

All Products are provided for educational purposes only.

Nothing contained within the Products constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Trading involves substantial risk.

L&M Trading Solutions™ does not guarantee:

Profits
Performance
Winning trades
Income
Future results

Past performance does not guarantee future performance.

6. Updates

L&M Trading Solutions™ may periodically provide updates, improvements, corrections, or new features.

We are not obligated to provide future updates unless specifically included with your subscription or purchase.

7. Termination

This license automatically terminates if you violate this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must discontinue use of the Products and destroy any unauthorized copies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, L&M Trading Solutions™ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the Products.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which L&M Trading Solutions™ operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Trading & Risk Disclaimer, constitutes the entire agreement between you and L&M Trading Solutions™ regarding use of the Products.
